Positive: A very very comfortable stay ! Thanks to them , the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is near to MXP airport, they have a free airport shuttle from the airport and back ! Highly recommended

Negative: Noise from the airport, the rooms aren't very isolated from noise . The breakfast is minimal .

Positive: The staff was super friendly. Shuttle service on time to airport. The rooms were large, new and bed super comfortable. Only draw back was there was nothing in the area for restaurants or stores. They did have a restaurant that sent a shuttle to bring us to dinner if you made reservation and a return shuttle. It was cold that day and there was no heat to put on.

Positive: I liked that they were so accommodating to my mother who has health issues. They moved our rooms so we could be on the ground floor as well as ensured fans were in the room for us because we were very concerned with the no AC aspect. Breakfast was light, but still good and the woman serving was very organized and made sure we understood only one coffee per person for the drinks. They had juices and waters which were limitless, but it was nice to know right off the bat that they would only do one coffee (which I get). We didn’t want to risk missing our flight back to the US so we booked this hotel last minute and they were very accommodating in getting us a room. It was very cheap, and was perfect for a one night stay.
Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms ended up going from super hot to super cold to super hot again because of the weather and there being no AC and no heat. We did have our fans, but they only helped half the night. The pillows were HUGE and very uncomfortable for us. Also, I am not really sure what they wash the sheets in but there was a pretty strong vinegar smell in the beds that we eventually got used to.
Summary: Good quick stay if you have a layover or need some place for a day or two.

Positive: I really appreciate shuttle service from and to the airport. Actually there's no other way to get to the hotel without a car.
Negative: I didn't check that there was no air-conditioning in the room. And it was really hot. I tried to sleep with the open window but it was noisy because of people passing by all night. Our flight was in the afternoon but there was no option to stay longer in the hotel, even without room. Actually there's nothing to do in the neighborhood. So we returned to the airport by the last shuttle. The room looked clean but was not completely perfect. Some spots on the bed. Some dust on the floor.
